Tasks and Activities:

• Set Oven Temperatures and place items into hot ovens for baking
• Measure, weigh and combine ingredients into bowls for mixing, blending and baking
• Roll, knead, cut, shape dough to form cookies or other products
• Check and maintain raw materials to ensure that standards and specifications are met
• Apply glazes, icings or other toppings as required
• Prepare and maintain inventory and production records
• Operate wrapping and slicing machines
• Develop new recipes for cookies and other products
• Maintain production or processing equipment
