Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Associate for our Retail Operations Team to join our team!  You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

We are a growing Company and are looking for someone that is energetic and action oriented. Compensation for this position includes salary, medical benefits (including dental), and paid vacation accrual upon commensurate employment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Builds strong working relationships and maintains effective communications with team members and clients
  • Coaching & Development: continuously train and support retail staff on best customer service bet practices.
  • Leads by example: sets the standard for excellent and unparalleled customer service
  • Demonstrates responsibility, holding all store employees accountable for adhering to company policies, standards and expectations 
  • Reinforces brand image and standards: fosters a positive image of US Sewing within the store and community.  

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment: Possess the ability to effectively and quickly problem solve day-to-day situations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
