Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, friendly and responsible person to join our team at Culver City Poke Bar & Cherry On Top as the store manager. Responsible for overall day-to-day operation and the supervision of team members. If you are able to provide exceptional customer service, supervise others, willing to be a team player, be responsible , we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with owners to ensure a smooth operation of the store
- Supervise 10 associates, including but not limited to scheduling, disciplining, training and on-going support.
- Ensure that certain level of quality are maintained at all times including but not limited to: the overall cleanliness of the store, product quality, operation efficiency, customer satisfaction, and meet other company standards.
- Place all orders and maintain adequate inventory at all times and work with vendors.
- Ability to resolve customer disputes.
- Coordinate all maintenance issues related to building and equipment.
- Overseeing all events including fundraiser events on and off site.
- Making deposits & getting change at the bank.
What we require:
- A minimum of 2 years in retail sales, food industry, or similar customer service jobs.
- A minimum of 1 year management experience in a related field.
- Leadership, communication and organization skills
- Must demonstrate level of responsibility and maturity
- High school degree minimum
- Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel programs
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
