Assistant Manager/Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of store
• Train and evaluate employees
• Enforce our company values
• Handle any guest complaints
• Work along side team as needed
• Lead your team into a successful shift

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a management position is a must in order to be considered as part of our management training program, and we prefer restaurant management experience. We are looking for leaders who are willing to serve others, create a positive work environment, and have high personal standards. You will also need to have the physical ability to stand/work for long periods of time as needed through the rush.
