Job Description
Stacy Coulter and Assoc. is seeking a Showroom Manager to become an integral part of our team! Our Showroom, based in the Dallas Design District, sells Furniture, Fabrics, Wall Paper, Lighting and Case Goods. You will be responsible for selling these products, merchandise, and services in a wholesale (To The Trade) environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Prepare quotes and follow up with clients
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Call on clients both existing and potential
- Prepare reports and administrative duties
- Attend social and networking opportunities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment/ multi-task
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Quick book proficient
- Knowledge of Industry is Mandatory, 2+ years minimum
