Senior Retail Sales Associate - Full-time / Part-time

We're on the hunt for a passionate Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our Portland Oregon team. The right candidate will be a go-getter who can quickly and easily establish rapport with colleagues and customers both online and in a private showroom setting. You'll be passionate about building high-value long-term customer relationships and will thrive on the challenge of exceeding weekly sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide first-class customer care and service via live chat, email, phone, and private showroom appointments.
Become the MiaDonna product champion, educating customers on product options, technology, and jewelry services.
Build and sustain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
Lead showroom appointments and ensure exceptional presentation of the showroom at all times.
Assist with showroom visual merchandising.
Achieve sales targets by going above and beyond at all times.
Assist with daily order processing and fulfillment.
Maintain sales reports.
Champion all aspects of the MiaDonna Home Try-On Program.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 2 years retail or showroom sales and customer service experience a must, ideally within fine jewelry or high fashion.
Excellent telephone demeanor and personal presentation.
Flexible work hours.
Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
Highly organized, self-motivated team player passionate about providing exceptional sales and customer service.
A passion for conflict-free jewelry.
A passion for socially conscious companies/brands.
Must be living in the Portland, Oregon area.
Comfortable working on a Mac.
