Job Description
We are seeking a Jewelry Store Sales to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Change watch batteries
- Open and close store
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Use ebay with efficiency
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
Pay will minimum pulse commission. Previous employees have made as little as minimum as much as averaging $20 an hour. We are a very small business that is growing faster then we can handle. We have been in business for 20 years.
