Job Description
Growing Fast Casual concept with operations throughout the United States and around the world is looking for Shift Leaders and Cashiers/Servers in the Santa Monica, Westwood, and Figueroa locations in the Los Angeles, California area.
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor Team Members and restaurant operations during a specified shift
- Keep the staff motivated at work
- Control waste product and portioning
- Follow cash handling procedures, track, and deposit all sources of income received during shift
- Greet Guests, take food orders, prepare food, and perform table visits and other duties as necessary
- Comply with all state and federal labor laws at all times
- Train all new team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications
- HS Diploma and 1 to 2 years of related experience preferred
- Ability to speak effectively before customers
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts,
- Team building skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
