SOS Security has immediate job opening for Security Site Supervisor in Frederick, MD.
We need reliable Security Officers to handle interior and exterior security through manual observation and the use of on-site cameras. The Security Officer will be responsible for using corporate protocol to greet facility guests, assigning the proper security badge to each visitor, monitoring the interior and exterior of the facility, checking to make sure that certain doors are locked when they are supposed to be and reporting any suspicious activity immediately.
Security Site Supervisor:
The selected individual will manage the day to day operations of the assigned Contract. Security Site Supervisor is responsible for being motivating and inspiring leaders to their staff members, while providing outstanding customer service to the client. The position requires a flexible schedule and availability, to include nights and weekends.

- Writing, confirming and locking schedules
- Management and training of assigned Security Officers
- Maintaining compliance with contract requirements.
- Consistent communication with the Client
- Communicates changes in regulations, policies and procedures as they relate to the Contract
- Coordination and completion of performance evaluations
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior Law Enforcement experience preferred
- Prior Project Management experience
- High level of customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Two (2) years of Management experience
- Maryland Security Officer card
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
