Security Rovers/Flex Officers - Los Angeles, CA - Full-time / Part-time

Are you an experienced Security Officer looking for a change? Do you like a challenge and have the ability to successfully perform at a variety of client locations? SOS Security has immediate full-time positions available for Security Rovers or Flex Officers in the Los Angeles and Beverly Hills areas.

Prior Security experience required (minimum 3 years) and experience in High-End, Luxury Retail Security a plus! Qualified candidates must have a "front-office" professional appearance and experience with providing exceptional customer service!

In order to be a dependable part of our security detail as a Rover or Flex Officer, you must be flexible with the ability to work varying schedules including weekends.

Job Duties may include:

• Continual observation, with attention to detail
• Patrolling
• Greeting customers
• Completing accurate and timely DARs
• Working assignments at multiple locations with varying schedules
• Creating incident reports and notifying the appropriate personnel in case of an accident and/or emergency

Successful Candidates will possess the following:

• Minimum of 3 years' security experience required
• Valid California Guard Card
• Must be a dependable team player with a positive attitude
• Must be flexible with the ability to work varying schedules, including weekends
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management and personnel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful situations
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work for any employer in the US
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background investigation
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law

Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. Additional physical requirements may include, frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
