Job Summary
Sous Chefs/Kitchen Managers are responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen, by providing professional leadership and direction to the culinary team by ensuring that all recipes, food preparations and presentations meet the restaurant's specifications and commitment to quality.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED, required
- 2+ years of prior kitchen management experience (Kitchen Manager, Culinary Manager Sous Chef), required
- Culinary degree or certificate, preferred
- ServSafe Sanitation certification, preferred
- Experience in a polished casual or fine dining restaurant, preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
