Security Officer (Unarmed) - Luxury Retail, Costa Mesa - Full-time / Part-time

SOS Security has immediate full-time and part-time positions available for Security Officers in Costa Mesa, CA.

Prior experience in High-End, Luxury Retail Security a plus! Qualified candidates must have a "front-office" professional appearance and experience with providing VIP customer service!

Flexibility with regards to scheduling necessary in order to be a dependable part of our security detail.

Job Duties may include:

• Continual observation, with attention to detail
• Patrolling
• Greeting customers
• Creating incident reports and notifying the appropriate personnel in case of an accident and/or emergency

Successful Candidates will possess the following:

• Prior security experience highly preferred
• Valid California Guard Card
• Exceptional VIP customer service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work for any employer in the US
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background investigation
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law

Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain. Additional physical requirements may include, frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
