Bay Laurel Culinary is a private Chef and catering business based in Petaluma, CA. Our mission is to make restaurant-quality food, using meticulously sourced local ingredients for special events of all sizes. We have been successfully growing our business for 10 years and our state of the art kitchen was custom built to suit our needs just over 2 years ago. Creativity and attention to detail are at the heart of what we do. We write custom menus for our clients, so we are constantly developing and testing new recipes. As a small company, we work as a team and everyone has an opportunity to experience different aspects of the business.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Dishwasher/prep cook (average 30-50 hours/week depending on season)
- Event service staff (on-call)
- Event bartending staff – bar lead & bar tenders (on-call)
- Event coordinator (average 30-50 hours/week depending on season)
We are looking for people that take pride in what they do and strive for perfection. We are happy to train candidates with the right attitude. Bilingual (Spanish/English) & flexible schedule a plus. Weekend availability is a must.
