We presently have a Staffing Specialist position available for someone with experience finding great talent and making the perfect staffing match with our clients. We have an excellent value proposition for the light industrial and general clerical staffing segments of our market, and an excellent track record of serving and retaining clients.

Position Highlights

Seeking a recruiter who can aggressively source candidates in the industrial, clerical, technical, and professional fields.  Must have experience with face to face interviewing and virtual recruiting. Must be able to make GREAT placements in a fast paced environment, excellent communication skills with the clients and be able to travel to locations on a short notice.

  Conducting recruiting activities to maintain an available database of field employees

  Filing job orders

  Ensuring all pre-hire requirements (drug screen, background checks, etc.) are met

  Guaranteeing information in assignment/job order/client database is up to date and accurate

  Working with the Business Development Manager to provide regular consistent sales leads

  Conducting on-boarding process for field employees

  Answer and process incoming calls/questions and resolve employee/client issues

  Perform payroll for field employees
