About this job
We are seeking a great Guest Services Seasonal Member to become a part of our team! You will accommodate patrons, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor guest activity in exhibit areas e.g. The Aviary and Rabbit Warren
- Aid in admissions and concessions duties
- Preparing food for the guests to feed to the animals
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
- Confirm phone and online reservations
Qualifications:
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
