Maintenance is responsible for performing all maintenance and repairs needed on the property. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    - Air conditioning and refrigeration
    - Electrical
    - Mechanical
    - Plumbing
    - Pneumatic/Electronic systems and controls
    - Carpentry and finish skills
    - Kitchen equipment
    - Energy conservation
    - Pool operations
    - General building

In addition, the Maintenance Associate must be able to perform the physical aspects of the job including sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching and walking for up to 90% of the workday and lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs.

The essential functions of this job include: 

    - Ability to perform as a team member and through positive words and actions, support co-workers and The 
      Plamondon Companies' policies.
    - Ability to professionally and effectively represent The Plamondon Companies in the business community and 
       to the general public.
    - Ability to respond properly in various situations and to complete assignments under pressure.
    - Ability to communicate with guests and co-workers using clear, appropriate and professional language in order 
       to effectively exchange information.
     - Ability to perform other duties as assigned by Management.
