The Maintenance Helper is responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction and team goals using guest tracking as a tool for continuous improvement. Overall responsibilities for maintenance and upkeep, cleanliness of rooms and attentiveness of personnel.

In addition, the Maintenance Helper must be able to perform the physical aspects of the job including sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching and walking for up to 90% of the workday and lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs.

The essential functions of this job include: 

    - Ability to perform as a team member and through positive words and actions, support co-workers and The 
      Plamondon Companies' policies.
    - Ability to professionally and effectively represent The Plamondon Companies in the business community and 
       to the general public.
    - Ability to respond properly in various situations and to complete assignments under pressure.
    - Ability to communicate with guests and co-workers using clear, appropriate and professional language in order to 
      effectively exchange information.
    - Ability to perform other duties as assigned by Management.

This position can be either part-time or full-time.
