Position Summary:  	
All Front-of-House Team Members, including the cashier and drive-thru cashier maintain outstanding customer service in every interaction with guests they have. Front-of-House Team Members ensure that patrons have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service; taking orders, processing payments; serving food and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness of counters, tables, floors and restrooms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•	Creates a positive work environment while striving to fulfill and execute our Mission Statement 
•	Maintain food safety HACCP checks daily
•	Cash handling balancing drawers at the end of shift
•	Handling of customer complaints/calls
•	Daily communication with upper management
•	Solving problems with the POS systems
•	Monitoring quality, friendliness, cleanliness
•	Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Role Qualifications:
•	Ability to handle cash and credit transactions using cash register POS System
•	Assist in resolving customer questions and concerns
•	Ability to multitask and prioritize task
•	Takes  pride in serving guests and providing exceptional customer service 
•	Excellent verbal communication skills
•	Basic PC knowledge 
•	High School Diploma or Equivalent
