JOB SUMMARY:

Perform research and administrative activities related to business operations for the Real Estate department.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with creating and processing of POs, invoices and financial statements
  • Track and maintain insurance compliance for real estate tenants
  • Perform office duties of copying, printing, mailing, scanning, and support
  • Utilities tracking, reporting and analysis
  • Support lease administration function of lease abstracting, database maintenance, legal support and vendor services coordination
  • Assist with income tenant rent collections and billing
  • Coordinate tenant work order support and execution
  • Perform market information research as needed
  • Reporting as needed
  • Construction administrative support as needed
  • Help with compliance and regulatory tracking needs
  • Coordinate with Tax and Finance departments as needed
Qualification

Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
Relevant Work Experience
  • At least 1 year relevant business or operations support experience.
Additional
  • Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM functions, using pivot tables, using V Lookup functions inserting charts, sorting, etc…).
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Intermediate level skill with MAC platform.
  • SAP experience a plus.
  • Intermediate analysis and math skills.

  • At least 1-3 years relevant business or operations support experience.
