Looking for a full time Customer Service Representative and Order Processor to join a family owned wine sales and brokerage company.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Applicants should be *extremely* detail oriented, customer-focused, motivated and able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
The order processor will be a part of the Order Desk Team and be responsible for processing orders and managing all order related issues from the company's office in Petaluma.
The role demands high-level customer service skills and ability to work under pressure and think on their feet.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Management (including but not limited to):
* Receive incoming calls from Springboard sales representatives, place orders with the warehouse, input and invoice product orders.
* Understand and manage the lifecycle of an order from Sales Order to Invoice.
* Investigate any issues with order deliveries and/or pickups.
* Provide support to Springboard sales team.
* Work directly with warehouse regarding issues with orders and inventory.
* Provide information to suppliers as needed
* Accounts receivable - receive payments into
* NetSuite and produce/deliver AR reports
* Process vendor credits
* Bill.com payment processing
* Shipping and Receiving deliveries from office
Shift: 9-5:30, Monday-Friday.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 an hour
