Job Purpose: The Data Entry Associate is the Inventory Associate-Giveback Returns position and is responsible to ensure that returned inventory from the retail locations is received, accounted for, and processed for shipment to be returned to the vendor.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Work daily in excel spreadsheet to locate, add, and update data as necessary and appropriate
• Compares product ID information for accuracy
• Generate daily reports of inventory received by locations and accepted by vendors.
• Work with field and Home Office in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, including answering phones
• Provide guidance and direction on proper giveback return procedures and policies
• Generate and maintain accurate reporting to show “Giveback” issues.
• Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.

2. Microsoft Excel experience
3. Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
5. Strong verbal communication skills
6. Must be able to read and understand the English language
7. Availability in flexible scheduling; reliable transportation
9. Knowledge of wireless communication preferred
10. Basic computer skills
