We are currently seeking Guest Service Attendants for our Base Area locations in town and on the mountain for the 17/18 winter season!

Full Time & Part Time Positions Available! 

About the Position:

Base Area Guest Service Attendants will provide exceptional guest service by welcoming our guests and directing their vehicles in and out of resort parking lots in an efficient and safe manner. This position may provide routine maintenance to base areas. In addition to providing exceptional guest service, this position also includes snow removal, trash removal, basic maintenance procedures, and general labor.

Additional responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Opening and closing duties within the Base Area Parking Department.
• Assisting with parking lot set up and evaluating parking procedures on peak days.
• Provide exceptional guest service by welcoming our guests and directing their vehicles in and out of resort parking lots in an efficient and safe manner.
• Assist with traffic ingress/egress and directing customers on peak days.
• Being knowledgeable of the resort and assisting and answering questions from guests when needed.
• Having an upbeat can-do attitude and opportunity to become a part of a team.
• Snow Removal 
• Adhering to all grooming standards.
• Following and enforcing parking procedures to resort standards.
• Create the "Experience of a Lifetime" for our Guest!

Qualifications:

• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays- Required.
• Able to work in all weather conditions- Required.
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time- Required.
• Able to carry 50 lbs.
• Must be 14yrs of age or older
