Aerotek's Professional Services is looking for a Program Coordinator to join one of our top clients in Arlington, VA. The position includes processing child care subsidy applications and maintaining relationships with military personnel, parents, and child care providers. This is a great opportunity to get involved and grow within a stable organization that has low attrition. This positions primarily supports the Army and positively impacts people's lives.
Responsibilities:
- Complete the eligibility and application requirements for parents and child care providers who are eligible for child care subsidies.
- Process applications and other paperwork submitted by parents and child care providers in a manner that is respectful, confidential and expedient according to established policies and guidelines.
- Create accurate program files and helping to ensure the fiscal integrity by problem solving any unresolved questions involving parents or providers.
