Project Coordinator - Immediate Hire
Project Coordinator needs to be a task oriented, organized individual who also have strong administrative skills and experience. They should be comfortable talking on the phone and be able to respond confidently and professionally even when they don't know the answer to a question posed to them.
Seeking administrative professionals who have worked in fast paced environments and juggled many tasks at once. The majority of the job duties will consist of making calls to schedule and confirm installations and documenting all conversations.
The description below includes the Project Coordinators we have placed before; if the candidates have any experience on a technical scale (duties listed below), that would be a huge plus.
The Project Coordinator role is a very fast paced position that requires heavy multi-tasking.
The breakdown of the role is as follows:
Bid Submittals/Proposals:
- Complete tasks associates with bid submittals including piece counts, parts research, researching codes/permit requirements all for Burglar Alarm Systems/Fire Alarm Systems/VideoSystems/EAS Systems
- Prioritize and complete proposals for standard scope of recurring projects.
- Project Preparation - assist Project Manager in compiling and documenting the scope of work.
- Produce installation packet; guidelines, sign off sheets, wiring diagrams, site drawings, etc.
- Review project tasks.
- Record notes; provide project reports.
- Project close out - obtain all close out documentation as required.
