Our client, a healthcare/pharmaceutical company in Franklin, TN is looking to hire two insurance verification specialists. *healthcare and customer service experience in required*
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify insurance coverage by phone and email
- Contact patients to verify amounts being paid out of pocket/co-pays
- Assist patients with understanding of pharmacy benefits and available resources
- Educate patients about alternative insurance options
- Answer patient questions regarding insurance coverage
- Prepare monthly reports

- 8:00am - 5:00pm
- $15/hour
