Castle Keepers is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is part of our Support Center and involves taking incoming calls, placing outbound calls, nurturing leads, scheduling appointments and excellent customer service skills. The Customer Service Representative must be able to understand our client's needs, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, trouble-shooting, employee management and all other skills needed to fulfill the job tasks.

Requirements

Job Requirements
Highly effective phone presence and listening skills. Prior experience in a call center and/or customer service role (preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook email.
