About this job

Our 25+ employee house cleaning business is looking for an Administrative Assistant to run our daily operations. 

Job responsibilities include:

-Coordinate all office-related business operations, including billing, scheduling, supporting the cleaning crews, routing, team deployment, recruiting, human resources, purchasing, supplies, fleet management, paperwork (organization), daily operations, customer service, among others
-Hours are from Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:00. This is not a "work from home" or remote position. You will be required to be in the office daily unless on PTO.
-While this is mostly an office position, must be willing to do whatever it takes as part of our team. This includes leaving the office and cleaning houses when we are significantly under-staffed.
-Must bring a positive attitude to work every day, including good vibes
-Must be able to operate without direct supervision

Required work experience

-5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant for a services company where crews and / or vehicles are dispatched to customer sites, i.e. cleaning, moving, plumbing, electricians, pest control, locksmiths
-5+ years of experience in customer service and / or managing employees or crews, including answering customer inquiries, calming customers during a customer complaint, answering customer's questions, supporting employees, answering employee questions, and guiding employees. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, i.e. hotels, restaurants, tourism

Skills

-Must be proficient and fluent in both Spanish and English
-Must be exceptionally detailed and organized, and able to keep pace with the growth of the business
-Must be reliable

Education

-Must have high school degree
-Preference will be given to applicants with some level of post-high school education (Associate's, Bachelor's, etc.), especially if within the Business, Legal, HR, or related fields
