CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES- Healthcare Enrollment

  • 15 Open Positions
  • Start Date: February 11
  • Contract Assignment: February- July (High potential for permanent placement, very ATTENDANCE DRIVEN, BONUSES PAID when permanent)
  • $12.50/ Hour
  • Training: M-F 8:00-4:30pm for 6 Weeks (CANNOT MISS ANY TRAINING)
  • Shift After training: Need to be flexible working between the hours of 8:00am-7:00pm

Job Description:

National 3rd Party Healthcare organization is looking for 15 CSR's to support their Cigna Insurance program. Will be handling inbound and outbound calls and will be working on an autodialer. Will handle back to back calls, working off of a script (must stick to script). The goal is to get patients that have Cigna Insurance coverage to switch to approved, in network, lower cost facilities for their healthcare needs. Looking for employees with a sales background that have experience up-selling and overcoming objections from potential customers.

Work Environment:

Call Center Environment, but very team oriented. Daily competitions/ games to reach goals are common with rewards and prizes for top reps. The team holds 'town halls' to discuss and issues and holds pot luck lunches/ dinners frequently. Very team and relationship minded group of people.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 Year of Recent Sales Experience
  • Call Center Experience Preferred
  • Customer Service in Retail or Call Center Environment Preferred
  • Experience with Up-selling and Overcoming Objections
  • Must type 30 WPM, required to take typing assessment
  • Must have Basic Excel Skills
  • Must have HS Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to pass 10 panel drug screen and lifetime background check before start date
