Searching for an Order Entry representative for a large company on the NW side of Indianapolis!

Duties:
-Develop professional and courteous working relationships with assigned Sales companies
-Manage order process form request for quotation through invoicing
-Advise sales company contacts in advance of any shipping delays
-Issue and process all requests for returned goods including customer claims
-Provide customer complaint tracking and follow up by investigating complaints and initiating corrective

Must be resourceful and proactive in approach to meeting customer needs. Must establish good working relationships with internal teams including Warehouse, Materials Management, and Sales Companies.

Requirements:

  • Strong data entry skills
  • Eager to learn new processes
  • Experience communicating with customers and/or clients
