As a Call Center Representative you will be responsible for selling a leading phone,internet, and cable service to consumers. This is high reward position with high commissions on top of a guaranteed hourly wage. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Place outbound phone calls to consumers.
  • Present service, terms, and conditions to customers.
  • Overcome customer reluctance when applicable.
  • Sign customer up for service when applicable.
  • Read and Converse well in English
  • Type/navigate mouse while holding a conversation
  • Sit for long periods of time
  • Navigate multiple computer systems
  • Meet and exceed self-set sales goals

Qualification requirements:

  • Preferred experience working in a high volume sales environment w/ demonstrated success attaining and exceeding production goals
  • High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel
  • Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call center environment
  • Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and drive overall sales.
