The Service Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service for clients. The Service Coordinator is expected to be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both our clients and Caregivers. Work location is in Kent County and Sussex County (Dover and Lewes) Delaware.
Primary Duties:

  • Participate in any ongoing training pertaining to scheduling and administrative training.
  • Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional, knowledgeable manner.
  • Prepare scheduled shifts for Caregivers  
  • Ability to log into system of record program for both client and Caregiver activity pertaining to the schedule.
  • Monitor system of record for: employee activity 
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and Caregiver records into system of record.
  • Clearly and accurately document all communications with clients, their families and Caregivers. 
  • Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication 
  • End of day debrief with specific staff members.
Secondary Responsibilities:
 
  • Participate in meetings.
  • Perform any and all other functions and responsibilities deemed necessary.
  • May be required to assist with company after hour functions.
  • Will be required to provide on-call duties as scheduled.
Education/Experience Requirements:
 
  • High School diploma or equivalent. 
  • Prior work in a fast-paced office environment preferred.
  • Computer skills, can type at least 35 wpm
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Have excellent written and oral communications.
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Able to analyze data to make accurate decisions
