Job Description: You will be working in a fast-paced party rentals company. Minimum of five years experience is required. This is not your typical "9 to 5" job. Must be willing and able to work nights and weekends. You will be working directly with the owners.Job duties included but not limited to; Coordinating Parties Knowledge of Party Planning Knowledge of Scheduling Knowledge of Purchasing Working Directly with Clients on behalf of the owner Sending E-mails, Correspondence, Follow-ups Posting (social media) Creative Writing for Instagram and Facebook Knowledge of Social Media and Marketing Has knowledge of Photo Enhancement Photography Skills Graphic Design Abilities for layouts, signs, and projects Posting Payments for Vendors Being able to contact clientele for the owner Detail Oriented Extreme attention to detail Manage appointments Prescreening e-mails Make travel arrangements Efficient use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Efficient use of Google Docs and Google Spreadsheet MAC and PC knowledge Assisting Decor projects Able to work independently without being micro managed Bilingual is a plus General office duties such as scanning, printing, maintain office filing system Produce reports, presentations and briefings Fast learner/Self-taught Able to deal with stressful situations Able to work weekends Sourcing office supplies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications Run errands, need to provide own transportation for errandsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $15.00 /hourRequired education: High schoolJob Location: Santa Ana, CARequired license or certification: Driver's LicenseRecommended language: Bilingual
