PAY RATE: $10.00-$12.00 an hour (Approx. $200-$240/week paid bi-weekly)
BONUSES: Employee referral fees, birthday and anniversary and performance-based bonuses
HOURS: 5 nights a week, Monday-Friday 6:00 PM-10:00 PM

JOB DUTIES:
The evening janitorial cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean environment for a North Charleston office building. This includes a heavy emphasis on detail work and dusting, floor cleaning using dust mops and wet mops, restroom cleaning/restocking, vacuuming, and trash removal. You should be experienced with a variety of commercial cleaning equipment and supplies.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
· A winning attitude
· A “people” person able to work with a diverse group of people
· Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check
· Must have Reliable Transportation
· Must work well with others and be a TEAM PLAYER!
· Must be able to pass a background and references check
