Located at Porter Place. Performs duties in daily building maintenance, renovation, driving, waste management, completion of work orders, as assigned. Performs Apprentice-level work in the renovation, installation, alteration, maintenance and repair of all building(s) systems, equipment and grounds in compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and governing agencies. Responsible for resident safety at all time and serves as primary driver escorting Residents to and from appointments in the Porter Place Courtesy Vehicle. Excellent customer service skills are required.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• 2 years general maintenance experience, required.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, grounds work, general maintenance experience.
• Shuttle driving or passenger transportation experience, preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Current Driver's license required. Must comply with Fleet and entity policy requirements.
• Commercial Drivers License or Chauffer's license, preferred.

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Schedule Details - Overnights - Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am
