About this job

Full Service Engineering Consulting firm is currently seeking a Civil Engineer. This is a permanent placement position with opportunity for growth, advancement, and professional development.

Responsibilities:

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, permitting, and designing land development, utility systems, roadways and other infrastructure components for components for government, institutional, commercial, airports and transportation related projects.

-Evaluate sites for proposed construction and make recommendations

-Produce detailed designs and documentation for construction and implementation of civil engineering projects

-Develop and organize the delivery of project Plans and Specifications

-Consult with other engineers, architects, landscape architects, environmental scientists, and other project consultants and stakeholders.

-Design and Permit Civil Construction Projects, including the design and permitting for Stormwater Management, Erosion and Sediment control, and/or Land Development.

-Prepare engineering calculations required for the design of projects and coordinate the development of construction drawings.

Qualifications:

  • BS Degree in Civil Engineering
  • EIT or PE is preferred
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or related software
  • Land Development Design experience
  • 2+ years of experience

Pay: $50,000-$100,000/year
