IMMEDIATE CUSTOMER SERVICE OPPORTUNITY
$15 Hour + Benefits
Must haves:
-At least 2 years Customer service from a product based company - Not Call Center
- Communication Skills (Written and verbal)
- Order Entry Experience mixed with Customer follow ups
Responsibilities:
-Send out forms to customers regarding product returns and compliant notices they have received. The forms are quality issues or shipment that came in damage, only quality complaints require a form though.
-Contact customers via email and phone (80% email 20% phone) to follow up on the forms and address any incorrect areas
-Updating customer accounts for any corrections
