A growing and reputable company in Bellevue is looking for a receptionist to help creat first impressions.

This person will be responsible for the following duties:

Building Access/ Badging Procedure
* Greets visitors, such as customers, vendors and employees to the facility and ensures visitors are signed in and badged appropriately.
* Maintains Badge Log (Tracks Badges to ensure they are returned) in accordance to Ericsson/RNAM Security Policy and Procedure
* Provide Temporary Badges Contractors/Vendors in accordance to Ericsson/RNAM Security Policy and Procedure
* Provide Day Passes to Ericsson Employees (FTE's/Contractors) in accordance to Ericsson/RNAM Security Policy and Procedure
* Follow Policy and Procedure when dealing with a Terminated Employee in accordance to Ericsson/RNAM Security Policy and Procedure.
* Ensures Employees follow proper procedures and policies regarding entering and exiting the building.
* Provide badge paperwork for contractors and employees and forward to RNAM Security once completed.
* Take photos of contractors and employees for their badge and include in email to RNAM Security.
* Request afterhours pin codes from RNAM Security for employees and contractors.
* Request building access from RNAM Security for employees and contractors if they are from a different office.

Receptionist Duties
* Maintains Reception Lobby Area
* Answers incoming calls and transfers them to the appropriate individual or department.
* Assist with Conference room set up for training seminars, and workshops including audio and video set up.
* Responsible for keeping up with vendors, contactors for repairs of equipment located at facility.
* Assist with booking conference rooms for off-site employees, customers, vendors or guest.
* Provide Wi-Fi vouchers for guest using Ericsson Guest Internet Access via Ericsson intranet.
* May assist with catered events and set-up of catering for meetings, workshops and seminars.
* May train new hires (Administrative Staff) on how to use Video Conference Room Equipment.
* Order supplies for all of the Groups using Ericsson Buyer and distribute accordingly.
* Order Copy paper for facility for all copiers and Plotters.
* Maintain cleanliness of copy room, including stocking of paper.
* Order UPS supplies, such as envelopes, labels and boxes.
* Produce UPS shipping labels for individual or group for business related shipping.
* Receive, sort and deliver mail.
* Responsible for reporting plumbing or building maintenance issues to Property Management and notifying the FM.
* Assist with special projects such as clerical and administrative support to Facility Management.
* Enforces maintenances of Conference rooms and conference room equipment.
* Responsible for mailing out expense reports weekly to corporate office in Plano, Texas.
* Performs other duties as required by Facility Management.
* Post signage in office using approved templates.
* Send out mass emails to office to advise of any important changes, maintenance on property, events, food vendors, etc.
* In addition to overseeing day porter's duties, advise day porter of any additional help that is needed around the office- for example, stocking paper in copy rooms, setting up catered events, watering plants, etc.
* Restocking break room supplies on days when day porter is not working.
* Maintain and update REFM site.
* Create gold name plate using Ericsson workstation name template.
* Assist with obtaining vendors for events such as Earth Day.
* Call in tickets to the Ericsson HELP DESK for anything technical related, such as Wi-Fi slow or not working, request technician for toner and drum replacements, phones not working, printers not working, etc.
