The overall goal is to establish the company as an industry leader, customer satisfaction, meeting customer needs. 

The initial focus of the position will be on the development of accounts to grow our network, achieving goals by dedicated focus on consistent, constant contact.

Successful Candidates must have an entrepreneurial edge. Be self-starters with strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinkers, professional, good-natured, energetic with a positive attitude, computer literate and have an intermediate to advanced knowledge in CRM & Microsoft Office, proficient in organization, oral and written communication a must. Minimum of two years' experience in B2B sales.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Ability to generate leads: Cold calling; Prospect for new Business; Conduct Presentations
* Develop Relationships: Networking; Schedule Appointments: CRM, Microsoft.

Oral Communication: Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates presentation skills. 

Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; Edits for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet specific needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information. 

Ethics: Treats people with respect; Keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; Works with integrity and ethically; Upholds organizational values. 

Strategic Thinking: Develops strategies to achieve organizational goals; Understands organization's strengths; Analyzes market and competition; Identifies external threats and opportunities; Adapts strategy to changing conditions. 

Dependability: Keeps appointments with clients; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments and exhibits good follow-up skills; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan. 

Innovation: Displays original thinking and creativity; Meets challenges with resourcefulness; Generates suggestions for improving work; Develops innovative approaches and ideas; Presents ideas and information in a manner that gets others' attention.
