Picker / Packer - Full-time / Part-time

Pickers will be picking using an Android RF Scan Gun. Pickers are responsible for picking orders in a timely manner, and paying attention to detail. The picking position is very important because that is where it all starts, and the faster and more efficient pickers are the faster products go out the door.

Packers are the last people to see the product. Packers are in charge of knowing how to pack liquids, lotions, powders, etc.. using the "white glove" process. Each product needs to be cared for in different ways, so the biggest learning curve here is knowing specific procedures to each product. Also, there are small, medium, and large orders - which will need different size packages. It's up to the packers to identify which size box, how much bubble wrap, and also making sure the correct product is getting shipped away. Grove takes a lot of pride in presentation and how the product looks when it arrives at their customers doorstep.
