Aerotek's client is seeking multiple Call Center Representatives to add to their team in Manassas, VA. Individuals will work in an inbound call center environment and be responsible for communicating with residential homeowners, and HOA members on a daily basis via phone and email. In addition, this position requires ongoing communication with our sales, customer service, and data entry team:
- Answer phones and respond to customer requests (100 min calls a day)
- Utilize company software to perform contract reviews and signups
- Maintain accurate data entry on all customer accounts
- Provide customers with company's service information
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
- Accurately perform data entry on a large quantity of contracts/documents
- Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved via email
- Recommend process improvements
- Utilize email communication as required
- Appropriately direct non-customer related calls
Ideal candidate will possess:
- Customer service, Sales or call center experience
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Experience making outbound phone calls
- MS Office experience
