Summary

Aerotek is currently looking for an experienced call center representative to come and work within one of the leading insurance companies in the Westchester County area. We are looking for someone with experience speaking with customers, answering inquiries and entering information into the database.

Description

  • Handle high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Educate customers on union benefits and pension plans
  • Update current and new customer profiles

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year call center experience
  • Proficient within Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to navigate between multiple computer screens
  • Bilingual is preferred

Details

Shift: Monday to Friday: 8:00-5:00pm

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
