Want a new and exciting career?! We have a Customer Service Trainer position available with our client's GROWING team in the Omaha area! You will be responsible for presenting products and services to weekly training classes with class sizes varying between 10-20 people at a time!!
Customer Service Trainer Responsibilities:
- Teach groups of 10-20 people in a classroom setting
- Handle conflict if necessary
- Able to speak clearly and present in front of large groups
- Help new associates understand how to meet their productivity goals
- Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy and a positive attitude
- Selling mind set and up-to-date knowledge of cable services
Customer Service Trainer Requirements:
- Prior training experience
- Documented sales success
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with associates
- Dynamic facilitator who will bring creativity and energy to every class
- Typing 40 WPM
