Currently looking for multipl AR Clerks for carious position and clients in the Central Valley ranging from customer service accounts receivable to higher level AR.

The Accounts Receivable Clerk preforms tasks related to financial, clerical, and administrative duties.This position quickly and efficiently completes the Accounts Receivable process.

Accounts Receivable Clerk job Responsibilities Include:

• Generate and send out invoices
• Answer client or customer inquiries
• Follow up with proper departments to resolve any billing issues
• Follow up email or calls on past due accounts
• Process payments
• Process any adjustments
• Keep client/customer accounts updated
• Pull financial reports
• Any other tasks as assigned

Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Requirements Include:

• 3+ years of experience in similar role
• Strong communication skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, ect)
• Detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles

Accounts Receivable Clerk Compensation is typically based on experience and skill set.
