Mandatory Requirements
Hertz, an industry leader is seeking high-charged, high-energy, team driven individuals to work as Dispatchers. As a Dispatcher you will assist UC Lot Managers with maintaining the Ultimate Choice Lot set up. Bring your energy, drive, and motivation to Hertz, and set your goals on cruise control!
Your general responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing Lot Checks
- Pre-assigning of Special equipment and Foreign reservations.
- Providing assistant to sales reps when special vehicles are needed
- Use ABS and Stalling sucess on a daily manner to ensure location obtain goals
- Correct fleet mix in all zones and keycars ins when neede
- Park cars from stage areas when needed
- Replenishing car seats
- Organizing Dream car selection by Gold booth and dusting off cars
- Make sure all cars onthe stalls are operational, which includes
- Identify shops, marking them and moving the out of ready stalls
- Charging dead batteries
- Recording and ordering missing keys
