Front Desk Agent, Union Station Hotel

Union Station Hotel, Autograph Collection, is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team! Just like Marriott's Autograph Collection promises, we are so much more than your basic check in experience.
We are Exactly Like Nothing Else.

Our Front Desk team welcomes our guests and is one of the first points of contact to kick off our guests' stay. A day in the life of our front desk team can include basic questions on the local area, helping our guests create a one of a kind trip, creating amenities and memories to help celebrate our guests' special occasions, or even introducing the history of our amazing building to our guests and helping them become immersed in all of our breathtaking architecture and art. And of course, we also provide a unique arrival and departure experience. No two rooms are alike and our story is unique, which means we are able to add our personal touch and cater to our Individual guest every step of the way. We want to attract and retain associates that are engaged in our culture, passionate about hospitality and excited to enrich lives, one experience at a time.

Previous Front Desk experience is preferred, but not required.
