Busy Pediatrics Practice is seeking a MA candidates for a full-time position. Candidates are required to have either an active Medical Assistant (MA) degree/diploma.
Duties would include: Daily patient care, triage calls, injections, blood draws, labs, taking vitals, assisting providers with medical procedures, prior authorizations, referrals, completing school forms and scheduling appointments along with good patient skills.
Candidate needs to have recent work experience in a medical clinic. Must be a Team Player.
Candidate must be computer savvy and able to use electronic medical records software easily. Candidate must understand the importance of HIPAA Compliance. Please specify if you have experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW), CLIA, PCMH or the VFC program.
