Technician Assistant/Driver Helper - Full-time / Part-time

Great temp-to-hire opportunity with customer in DeSoto area! Client is looking for inviduals who are extremely reliable and flexible, who have an interest in working with their hands and learning a new trade.
Driver Helper/Technician's Assistants will be partnered with a full-time employee and will travel to commercial customer sites to assist with either carpet cleaning or cleaning and replacement of HVAC filters. No experience is necessary but the ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in a field where they used hand and power tools (construction, assembly, etc.) and has a willingness to learn and take instruction.
Starting pay rate is $12/hr but pay increases significantly when hired perm.
Employees MUST BE FLEXIBLE to work long hours and stay until work is done. Some weeks you will be working day shift and some weeks will be night shift. Must be flexible.
