About this job

We are growing & are looking to add an energetic, motivated, internal team player. Responsibilities include the following:

-Full cycle recruiting

-Use of various online VMS tools for tracking, reports, & payroll

-Sourcing, vetting, interviewing candidates, & making hiring decisions

-Counseling, onboarding, terminations

-Compliance adherance & tracking

-Customer service in the form of phone calls, emails, & face to face interactions

-Ability to problem solve & resolve

-Scheduling, decision making, heavy inbound & outbound calls

-Heavy use of Google Docs, Sheets, & Calendar

-Constant use of various computer applications including an internal system, MS Office Applications, Call 'Em All, search engines, etc

Experience in HR, Staffing, or Management is a plus, but not required. Degree preferred, but experience counts!
