What You’ll Do

We work to ensure that each customer that shops with us has a unique experience. As a Call Center Specialist at Floor & Decor, you are responsible for answering incoming calls from customers who desire to place orders, respond to inquiries and invoice questions, handle customer complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide product information.

To be successful, you will need to be detail oriented, highly organized and possess excellent phone etiquette and customer services skills. High proficiency is MS office suite. You will provide support to level 1 associates.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Navigation of company’s website and internal systems to address the customer’s needs.
  • Provide quality customer service
  • Handle customer’s needs efficiently and effectively
  • Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
