We are looking for candidates for the Builder - Assembly position in our Waconia, MN facility. The incumbent will build cabinetry and components with a team member by using the appropriate equipment (drill, nail gun, etc.).

Candidates MUST be able to read a tape measure and have a basic understanding of how to use power tools and equipment necessary to build. Candidates must also have the ability to follow safety rules and perform duties in a safe manner as well as follow work instructions to maintain production and quality standards.
